Shipping Policy - NZ

New Zealand orders are delivered weekdays by Poste Haste across both islands. 24 hour delivery service after despatch to main cities and towns. Remote areas may take up to 48 hrs after despatch.

Orders are despatched on working Mondays - Wednesdays at 4.45pm. Orders placed after 1pm Wednesday, and Thursday--Sunday are despatched on the following Monday or next working day.

All order confirmation emails contain a link to track your order, so you can check when your order is expected to arrive. 

Although we take every care to ensure that your delivery arrives safe and sound, please note that once your order has been picked up from our warehouses, all responsibility and liability is on the delivery partner to ensure a safe delivery. Our current delivery parters are MailPlus (AU), FEDEX (GB) and Post Haste (NZ). 

Please pursue resolution with the delivery partner if anything has gone wrong specifically with the delivery of your order (for example if the parcel was stolen, or not put in a safe place). If you have a complaint regarding the condition of the products, you can contact customercare@liberateworld.com and we will be happy to resolve your issue.
