Best stored at home in the fridge or freezer. Keep the product in the sealed pack until it’s time to eat them.

Fridge: If storing in the fridge direct from the store or online shop, follow the best before date on pack and consume the muffins within 5 days after opening the pack.

Frozen: You can freeze our muffins within their sealed pack at home immediately when you get them from the store or online shop. We recommend frozen storage for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to enjoy the muffins, remove the pack from the freezer then thaw in the fridge, continuing to store the pack in the fridge.
Make sure to consume our muffins within 5 days afterthawing.

Slice crossways and then heat in the toaster or under the grill. Perfect with a sweet or savoury topping to enjoy for breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea.

OUR PICK AND PACK SERVICE HOURS

ORDERS PLACED ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS: For Australian online orders placed by 11am AEST/AEDT on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: Your order will be delivered within 48 hours across Australia.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11AM WEDNESDAY THROUGH TO SUNDAY: For Australian online orders placed after 11am AEST/AEDT on Wednesday through to Sunday: Your order will be picked and despatched on the following Monday. Please note: We do not despatch parcels between Wednesday afternoon and Sunday night to ensure that your products are not held up in transit over the weekend.

All order confirmation emails contain a link to track your order, so you can check when your order is expected to arrive. 

Although we take every care to ensure that your delivery arrives safe and sound, please note that once your order has been picked up from our warehouses, all responsibility and liability is on the delivery partner to ensure a safe delivery. Our current delivery parters are MailPlus (AU), FEDEX (GB) and Post Haste (NZ). 

Please pursue resolution with the delivery partner if anything has gone wrong specifically with the delivery of your order (for example if the parcel was stolen, or not put in a safe place). If you have a complaint regarding the condition of the products, you can contact customercare@liberateworld.com and we will be happy to resolve your issue.
