ORDERS PLACED ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS: For Australian online orders placed by 11am AEST/AEDT on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: Your order will be delivered within 48 hours across Australia.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11AM WEDNESDAY THROUGH TO SUNDAY: For Australian online orders placed after 11am AEST/AEDT on Wednesday through to Sunday: Your order will be picked and despatched on the following Monday. Please note: We do not despatch parcels between Wednesday afternoon and Sunday night to ensure that your products are not held up in transit over the weekend.

All order confirmation emails contain a link to track your order, so you can check when your order is expected to arrive. 

Although we take every care to ensure that your delivery arrives safe and sound, please note that once your order has been picked up from our warehouses, all responsibility and liability is on the delivery partner to ensure a safe delivery. Our current delivery parters are MailPlus (AU), FEDEX (GB) and Post Haste (NZ). 

Please pursue resolution with the delivery partner if anything has gone wrong specifically with the delivery of your order (for example if the parcel was stolen, or not put in a safe place).
